Not sure about home remidies, but i had the same prob with dryness, and when i used retin-a micro it didnt dry my skin much at all. Pretty much everything you do to help acne dries your skin out, thats what the point of it is. When your skin is dry its less oily = less acne. Like in the summer if you spend lots of time in the sun or pool, your skin gets dried out by sun and chlorine and your face clears, temporarily. Really what you need to do is find something that doesnt dry out your skin too much, or reduce how frequently or how much medicine you apply or use or both. Another thing that i know a friend tried was Proactive, it works for some and doesnt dry out that bad.

I use limon juice (from the green one) just rub some limon juice on ur pimples leave it on for 5mins. try to keep ur face still and wash it off with cold water. and just apply some mouiturizer before goin to bed

honey works the best! oatmeal works too, but don’t use the microwave kind though. honey kills bacteria and therefore eliminates acne. first clean your face throughly and wait for it to dry completely.. then rub the honey or oatmeal all over your face like you would with a facial mask. you should put more on the affected area (area with a lot of pimples).

Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar is a good natural toner, but makes you smell like sweaty gym socks, so if you try it, use it only at night so you can wash it off in the morning.
Also, try not to use so many acne products b/c it dries out your skin and actually causes more acne.
A product I really love is Booth’s Fruit Enzyme Spray. It helps to clean out your pores and keep acne away. I don’t know if it is sold at drugstores, but you can order it online at http://www.Drugstore.com which is where I bought mine.

nothing worked for me but rubbing alcohol. worked wonders and killed the acne

well if you only have a few.
use toothpaste,not gel.
PASTE.just dab it on you pimple(s)
and leave it on over night.
your pimple(s) should come to
white head then just squeeze them.
bam,there gone!
it’s kinda’ gross,but hey it works!

i used this stuff from clean and clear its in a tube maybe 3in big and it is white with blue stripes idk the exact name but i had it on for over night and everything was gone in the morning THE FRIST NIGHT ! its ah-mazing!

Like isis said, putting a little toothpaste on it at night will dry it up quickly. Then, wash it off in the morning (Clean and Clear can really help to get the area clean also)
